Speak to Miau at -1564,-539,-2346 within Fina's Retreat in the Great Divide.

Kill 5 arctic badgers, found on the snowy hills just outside of Fina's Retreat.
Purchase Miau's foreign herbs for 10c from Chitter at -1597,-533,-2420
Click on the pot in front of Miau at -1465,-539,-2349
Speak to Miau and ask her to grind the claws (she may not have a quest feather)
Click the pot again
Speak to Miau to complete the quest
