- Click the clock again to activate the the cog code clanker.
Go to to zone into Harbor Cache's Cellar to attend the secret meeting.
- Listen to Kyle Antihilus Bayle's impassioned speech.
Return to Marik Mchpherson III at The Tin Soldier.
