Place the first propaganda poster on the outside wall of the Coldwind Coast Stables in South Qeynos, Qeynos Capitol District.
The next poster goes up on the outside wall at Sneed Galliway's Trading Post in North Qeynos, Qeynos Capitol District.
- Speak to Drobble Clankworth after you place the poster.
The third poster should be posted at the In Range archery shop in The Elddar Grove, Qeynos Province District.
Put up the next poster at the foot of the stairs inside Fish's Alehouse and Inn in Qeynos Harbor, Qeynos Province District.
- Guard Dravin will become very annoyed with you and you will have to fight him.
The final poster goes on the outside wall of The Herb Jar in South Qeynos, Qeynos Capitol District.
