Examine Dead Tree Branch (we looted one from a petrified deadwood in Refuge) in Zek, the Orcish Wastes to begin this quest.
I have received a vision of a ring of stones. In the vision, I brought this worthless object to the center of the rings and touched one of the great stones. I'm not too sure what it meant, but it might be worth my time to investigate this vision.
