Kain Starkson needs a set of designs delivered to Trade Commissioner Nasin, an old friend. The designs are supposed to help Kain escape from Siren, once he's taken a ship, though he has not explained to me how.
Kain Starkson had me deliver plans for some large, wooden clamps to Trade Commissioner Nasin. Kain was tight-lipped about their purpose, though Nasin mentioned ships' rudders. Unfortunately, he said no more. I collected wood and iron to ease the cost of the clamps and ensure their prompt completion.
I should seek out Nasin and deliver the designs. I'm to avoid trouble with the guards at all costs.
