Walkthrough

Retrieve the hearts of fear from the two sacrificial wells. To spawn the heart, defeat the Thulian callers around each well and place their corpses on the center platform one-at-a-time. After each corpse is placed, kill the frightflyer that spawns. Upon the death of the last frightflyer, the heart of fear will spawn in the center platform:
Go to the tower in Terrock's Bite that has an orange barrier, at . Place BOTH hearts of fear into the left side brazier in front of the barrier to deactivate it. The brazier on the right side does nothing. Kill the spiders that spawn and drop down into the pool in the center of the tower. You will be teleported behind the wall of fire and receive a quest update.
Defeat Terror.
- To spawn him, extinguish the firepots that line the corners of the front-facing side of the ziggurat using the 'corrupted minds' and 'hearts of fear' that you looted during the previous quest (a skeletal destructor's heart of fear, a skeletal destructor's corrupted mind, a skeletal masters heart of fear, a skeletal masters corrupted mind, a skeletal lords heart of fear, a skeletal lords corrupted mind).
  - If for some reason you do not have all the required 'corrupted minds' or 'hearts of fear', you can go back to the bone towers and pick up any that you are missing.
