Description

While battling some of the accursed Turmoil Toads in the Shard of Fear I found a Halasian Love Charm. On one side it says "Conall and Boand Lancebreaker" and on the other it says, "Windstalker Village or Halas, our eternal love shall keep us warm".

Steps

Go to Windstalker Village in Antonica and speak with Conall Lancebreaker.
- It's possible that Conall will not be visible if the quest is grey or red to you. If this is the case, mentor to the appropriate level and he should appear.
