Steps

Speak again with Rooleean Felodaan. He will ask you to wait while he destroys the shards.
After he has destroyed the shards, hail him again and he will aggro. Kill him to get the orb of Tunare.
Return to Arloona Delyssa in The Lesser Faydark.
