Rashlas is somehow inducing what Talas Farin calls "The Blood Sight," or starvation, in Freebloods, to turn them into bloodthirsty monsters. Worse, he is able to control them in this state. Talas has given me back the council medallion I previously received from Taria to re-enter Nettleville to stop him and find out who within the Circle of Ten he works for.
Rashlas has been slain, but the conspiracy ends there, as he had not disclosed information about his Circle of Ten employer before he died. Talas and Taria Farin, cousins working for Antonia Bayle's allies within the council, have promised to continue the investigation, and hopefully put an end, once and for all, to the corruption within the Circle of Ten, and renewing the city's favor towards Freeblood.
I need to enter Nettleville once again, this time to stop Rashlas and whoever he is working for within the Circle of Ten. If the guards stop me, I am to show them this council medallion, which will hopefully get me in.
Enter Nettleville
Done: I am back in Nettleville.
With the council medallion in my possession, I was able to enter Nettleville unmolested. Now to track down Rashlas.
Nettleville remains unsafe, particularly for Freeblood. I will have to remain aware of my surroundings at all times while finding Rashlas.
Find Rashlas

I have found Rashlas, who appears to be performing some kind of ritual. I must stop him!
Now that I've found Rashlas, it's time to stop him once and for all and finally discover who's pulling his strings within the Circle of Ten!
Confront Rashlas

Unfortunately, I killed Rashlas in self defense before I could extract information on his involvement with the Circle of Ten.
There is a Freeblood coming out of unconsciousness in the middle of Rashlas's sorcerer's circle. I should check on her immediately.

Taria has asked that I return to Talas Farin with news from Nettleville.
