While escaping from Gerion, Lucan D'Lere's newly shaped ethereal realm of avarice, I was flung into a region of the Void, known as Yon Gorroth. The portal I had stepped into should have landed me back in Antonica, but Tiadra and some other Darou mystics in Yon Gorroth, manipulated the portal to summon me to them. They hope I can help them return to Norrath.
Believing I am fated to help them return to the land of their ancestors, a village of Norrathian descendants summoned me to Yon Gorroth, a floating island of accreted refuse and decay, deep in a section of the Void known as Xebrith Tendril, even when it required them to deactivate the wards that hid their village from the Oogothl Dominion, an unspeakable empire that revels in torture and sadism.
The Darou can't see the portal that brought me to Yon Gorroth, despite its presence in the midst of their mystic circle in the Darou Village.

The Darou villagers are conflicted over my presence and the act of bringing me to them.
In order to perform the spell that brought me to Yon Gorroth, the cimmerott runic wards, that protected the village from the Oogothl Dominion, had to be deactivated.
