Steps

Enter the violent rift Lady Najena is holding open.
- Click rift next to her and choose Gerion, Hold of D'Lere [Signature] instance.
Explore Gerion
- go to Gaoler's Overlook at and kill A Lucanic Gaoler
- go to Deathdrinker's Ledge at and Kill a Gerion deathdrinker.
After Lucan's monologue use the Thyr Summoning Stone to summon Lady Najena.
Wait for an update that you can escape and use the portal that appears behind Lady Najena to leave Gerion
