This quest is initiated by examining the scroll of the same name. The scroll is on mobs in The Commonlands.

You are charged to kill the following mobs in the Wailing Caves:

8 Strongbox Deceivers

Once these tasks have been completed you must visit Taskmaster's Assistant Koz'Ma at the Crossroads in Commonlands to collect the bounty (coin and experience).
