   Receive a mail from Physiker Hopebringer or talk to her on the Butcherblock dock.

   You Must start with Krulkiel Intentions quest in order to be able to get the others in this series.

    These all require the harvestable Quellious' breath - trackable and if you have a pack pony capable of finding bonus harvests it will pick some up for you.
