Requirements

1.
You must at least be a Lvl 95 Channeler.
2.
You must speak Draconic, Sathirian, Death's Whisper, Koada'Dal, and Krombral languages.
3.
You must have done the Deathtoll Access Quest to receive the Marked Flameshield of Scale.
4.
You must have the investigation skill to 9 or more (obtained by completing the first chapter of Sword of Destiny Timeline)
5.
You must have done the Chain of Eternity Timeline for a legitimate access to Harrow End ( the key doesn't work )
6.
You must have completed the Dark Mail Gauntlets Heritage Quest

1.
Go to Paineel (Sundered Frontier). In the same room as Sa'ib Waseem (Epic Repercussions NPC), go to (1986.34, -298.22, 3378.24) Click the 4th book from the right on the middle book case section, 4 shelves up.
2.
This will open a portal behind the pillar to the back-left.
3.
Click the portal to enter Ryizz'Eianshieoll's Sanctum
4.
Inside, go to the bookshelf at the back-right. There is a small book at (-17.83, -14.49, -358.81) Click that to pick it up.
5.
Read the book to start your quest!
