Added some extra checks to catch you in your appropriate circle. Also, with the Game Update, the spark adds won't spawn when you die until stage 71+.

Did you see either of these fail messages in chat when you died?
- You were not within the appropriate circle when the fading soul spark died. (black spark debuff)
- You were not within the appropriate circle when the esoteric soul spark died. (blue spark debuff)
