The amount of intelligence drained per tick has been vastly reduced, so should be better. Everything else you mentioned I do not see a need to change.

You do not get rid of the effect like the tank can from his, even if you dispelled all and it does not show up anymore on your detriments..
If mage adds come and you are cursed, the group has to change sides to be able to kill them and then cure the mage - takes more time than you have if unlucky since the cloud hides adds also if up.
Also the elemental effect that requires you to stay on a certain side can kill you depending on who has a curse and needs to kill adds ...
The design for the mage effect is horrible and interferes with the other scripts.
I suggest to make the mage effect a dispelable effect on the name.

It should be reducing increments by 2 per dispel now, at least until stage 61.

Made a couple changes

Killing mage adds also reduces Tap Intelligence increments
If anyone has Order of Execution curse, mage adds won't spawn
