For those who were purchasing 3,6, or 12 month subscriptions yes. Those who were Lifetime subscribers needed to purchase the pack in order to obtain the crates and bonus, since they could not purchase the 3,6, or 12 month subscriptions.

Lifetime subs must purchase the item from the Marketplace. Once you have purchased it on, the crates will be found in /claim and must be claimed before tonight at 11:59 p.m. PT or they wilkl disappear. You do not have to open them, but they must be claimed.

ONLY Lifetime Subbed accounts can see the packs in the in-game Marketplace. For the 3,6,12 month subs, those are done normally via the website.

P.S. Only Lifetime Subbed accounts can see the pack to purchase for Lifetime accounts.

P.P.S. This is NOT the ability to purchase a Lifetime Sub item. This is sor those with Lifetime Subs to be able to obtain the crates and have the bonus Status running until November.
