I certainly didn't think that of you, or anyone else for that matter, because I know how confusing some of the tools and means of contact we have made available can be, depending on the different departments.
Please feel free to post issues you run into, because if we can diagnose a bug and resolve it, we can improve the experience for you and others, too.

Oh, how frustratingly close to having that glass tile recipe book!
I tried, but I am unable to reproduce this issue. Each of the Brewday Festival exclusive signs updated the achievement for me, as long as it was an official Brewday Festival sign object, and that it was not already signed by someone else at that moment.
As a note, these bug forums are not intended to provide individual customer service. This is here to alert game design staff of potential bugs, to help us prioritize issues that call for attention, and to give us, and your fellow players, a chance to discuss the issue at hand. Some times other players can provide further details that help identify an issue, other times, they can point out a misstep or a confusion on the part of the reporter. But for any individual customer service issues, you will need to submit a ticket to CS.
