Spells are gone everytime I log in on Woushi

I'll update messaging for keymap setting as well. The load/savehotkeys commands should function (it save out what ability/command is in a give hotbar / slot).
And to clarify, hotkey data is saved in the DB, so these hotkey files would not exist in the local directory by default.

I tried making a character on Wuoshi and Skyfire and couldn't repro the issue. I also found someone who said they had the issue in the bug emails and copied their character over and they had hotkeys manually placed, so that data looked ok. Glad to hear a reinstall fixed it for you. I wonder if some custom UI stuff was manipulating something related to it.

I added a chat message if save / loadhotkeys commands are being called (next update) to see if maybe something is calling a hotkey load unknowingly. I still haven't been able to repro this issue, so not sure what the cause may be.
