Bug with prelude quests

Confirmed. Salira gives you the option of accepting one quest, while she goes and does the other, so there shouldn't be a way to get both. But...
For a short time, after you choose "Down and D.I.R.T.Y.", before Salira runs off to investigate the sewer herself, she sticks around. She should NOT be offering "Artifacts or Fiction" at this time, but she is. This will be resolved, as will the incomplete quest ("Down and D.I.R.T.Y.") that is left in your journal if you choose to complete "Artifacts or Fiction", when you attempt to return to her.
