Steps

Enter Zon Zobboz: The Oculeum (Solo) portal near Grusla
Grusla has entrusted me with the destruction of plasvoid energy cases and the disposal of the unnatural netherspawn scavengers throughout the Oculeum:

destroy 8 x plasvoid energy cases
- possible locations: , , , , , , ,
dispose of 8 x netherspawn scavengers - these come out of the ground, hang around a few seconds and go underground again.
make sure you pick up all plasvoid energy cases and kill 8 scavengers BEFORE you teleport to next area and kill the 3 gazers.

Reach the belly of the Oculeum - click the eye at to teleport to the next area.
Slay Fydoon, Pruul and Cootatu, three Zon Zobboz Syndicate masters.

Quest automatically completes at this point, if you wish you can keep going to complete the zone for daily mission or loot.
