Walkthrough

Steps

Spy on the Ry'Gorr Keep in Eastern Wastes. Zone over to Eastern Wastes and fly south west past the wizard spires around to get the update for Spying at Ry'Gorr Keep.
Use Cutlass the Falcon to send the report. The quest will complete after doing this.
