Seek out the disillusioned crusaders in Kunzar Jungle's Outer Sebilis. Speak to Quartermaster Hedoral first (outer to inner order).

10. Loot the jewelry box in Charasis
Enter Charasis: Vault of Eternal Sleep through Jarsath Wastes. Loot a jewelry box on the left just after entering the Praetor of the Phylactery's room. You must complete the instance walkthrough to open the door.
