This is the access quest for The Vault of Flames. It is initiated by examining an item that drops from Blaize's Remains in the Temple of Solusek Ro in Lavastorm. To reach her take all lefts. It consists of the following steps:

Collect 10 Gems from molten fragments
Examine the Necklace Again
Collect a cord from juvenile lava crawlers. This is an auto-updating, semi-rare piece.
Examine the Necklace again.
Kill a vulcanu slayer
Examine the Necklace again.
