Prerequisites

The quest is only offered once your reputation with the Sootfoot Talent Society is at or below -5000, which will only be reached once you've completed all other quests with the Sootfoot Goblins.

Steps

Obtain 8 ichor laden teeth by killing vulcanu slayers, vulcanu verdants, vulcanu gapers or vulcanu executioners. These are all found in Hydra Pass.
Return to Magnurmal.
