I'm pretty sure Tinkersmith was planning to test the explosive hammer prototype on me, but when I raised the question he suggested constructing an armored clockwork test target. This seems like something I can assist with.
Unfortunately, the explosive hammer prototype backfired and exploded damaging me as well as destroying the clockwork, meaning neither the hammer nor the armor plating are working quite yet.
Tinkersmith has given me a recipe for a target clockwork incorporating the new armor he's devised.
