Walkthrough

Speak to Omiir Z'kay in The Timorous Maw in Gorowyn.
Obtain the necessary alchemical ingredients:
- strengthened enzymes: Continue the dialogue with Omiir Z'kay and he will provide you with them as collateral.
- 10 gallium sulfur: Mined from nodes in the Lava Field of Lavastorm . These resemble a small, light brown dirt mound.
- 10 draconic bacteria: Harvested in Solusek Valley in Lavastorm . These resemble light brown refuse piles with 3 peaks.
Return to Omiir Z'kay.
Travel to Windstalker Village in Antonica, swim to the Windwalker Cave, and speak with Stephen Pikefist to receive the libram.
- The entrance to the cave is at .
Continue the dialogue with Stephen Pikefist to receive a Wand of Putrescence.
Loot a putrescent tissue sample from the corpse of The Putrescent Anathema.
- Head to the Glade of the Coven in Antonica and use the Wand of Putrescence on any mammal (a tainted wolf, a mutated rat, etc.). The Putrescent Anathema will spawn.
- The Putrescent Anathema will aggro onto the creature that you used the wand on, and will lock you out of obtaining the necessary item from his corpse. To solve this issue, as soon as you use the wand on the animal, kill it, and the Putrescent Anathema will reset allowing you to loot his corpse normally.
