Steps

You must go to Everfrost and kill the following
- 3 arctic behemoths (43^)
- 2 glacial construct (46^^^)
- 2 frozen tempests (48-49^)
- 2 Kromise giants (any Kromise in zone, 46+)
Return to General Fandrak in Feerott.
