Kylanith D'Lar has helped me begin the quest to gain the Thexian language. I should begin my quest by searching for four artifacts called Thex Monuments that are being used in the Big Bend district as mere decor.
Having found and studied no less than four Thex monuments I find myself with an understanding of the Thexian language.
