I received another note from young Raffik, who is apparently now in New Halas trying to hire a pirate crew. He says he would like my help if I'm in the area.
I met Raffik in New Halas, where he was attempting to hire mercenaries. He said his parents had a recipe that would improve the efficiency of mercenaries, and since I am an excellent crafter, he wanted to know if I would make it for him. In exchange, I would be welcome to keep a copy of the recipe for my own use. Seemed like a good deal to me.
