Walkthrough

Kill 10 Adherant vampires
Kill savage hellhounds or hellhound ravagers until you get the update.
Click on the lamppost-like altar at
- The lamppost is in the upper area, near the Usurper, and has a purple light instead of the usual blue, and is decorated with skulls, spikes and batwings.
- The altar will not update unless you enter the Crypt of T'Haen in a normal instance, not in the Endless Twilight instance, even though the quest starter can drop in Endless Twilight.
Kill 50 vampires in the Crypt of T'Haen to complete the quest.
- Vampires in The Tombs of Night also update this step.
