Even if you answered to Kalib Al'Sayegh that there are kejek in the area when completing Ridge Reconnaissance, you can change your answer to "It was a false report. Theres nothing there." after the fact without any lasting consequences. Until you answer this way, you cannot progress with the quests offered by Lyre Shiro and Imba Shiro until you answer "correctly" and complete this quest.
