Steps

A teleporter inhibitor.

Find the devices that are blocking Shafi's ability to use his teleporter and shut them down.
- Deactivate the first teleporter inhibitor.
- Deactivate the second teleporter inhibitor.
Return to Shafi Af'Mon.
Note: Now you can use the teleport next to Shafi.
