Much of The Blinding is a barren wasteland of hardened sand, baked by the constant scorching sunlight. Ashter Ryswell is attempting to improve his gardening soil, in hopes of providing more sustenance to his fellow villagers of Recuso Tor.
I helped Ashter Ryswell, a Recuso Tor villager, improve his garden soil and plant some edible sunbloom sprouts in it. He assures me it will help to feed his fellow villagers.
Ashter is interested in some toxin eels or ancient thresh fins to use as fertilizer, and some bone meal, from along the shore, to use as a phosphate additive for the soil.

Ashter wants to plant some sunbloom sprouts and keep them from turning toxic. In order to do this I've got to gather sunbloom sprouts from the Dawdling Pools in The Blinding, and hunt toxic sunblooms for pheromones.
