Steps

Use the candle, Cierge of Solusek, to summon the pet, Solusek's Reprisal. The "candle" is no-zone, but you can get a replacement by rehailing Spahzlyk
Recover 10 flame-glyph necklaces by killing necrotic acolytes and necrotic initiates.
