Galenus Vatia requires a kitten he can train to kill the rats in the area. With all the rats in Stonestair Byway there must be one here somewhere.
I returned to Galenus with a kitten. However, It appears his idea of a trainable "cat" is quite different then mine. He was happy with what he got in the though.
