Uko would like me to deliver the growth molt to his mentor, Inara. I can find Inara if I travel south from Uko's location, head west to cross the river, and find the path leading south into a valley. Once there I head west at the split and that should eventually bring me to the Fae Drake Breeding Grounds. Inara will be on an overlook on the eastern wall.
