Walkthrough

Steps

Find The Great Galabo and help comfort him by speaking with him.
Allow Galabo to regain his composure for a bit (wait several seconds), then hail him again.
You must meditate with Galabo (for about 30 seconds) to teach him how to meditate properly and receive the quest update.
Return to Pacificator Merrek.
Return to where Galabo is sitting and feed the nearby yarpsnarl yapper (right-click the yarpsnarl to get the option).
