Steps

Help decorate the areas of South Freeport:
- Click the first green sparkly at top of central stairs' first landing
- Click the second green sparkly next to Theives Way manhole
- Click the third green sparkly in front of door to 2 Justice Road residence
Click the final green sparkly in West Freeport at the south edge of Dreadnaught's Plaza
- Defeat Mr. McScroogle.
Return to Gevil Gigglegibber.
