I spoke with Armsmaster Veyx, who said that the weapons and armor being used by the overseers is taking damage, but not being repaired quickly. He wants to know if I would be willing to gather materials from the Hive of the Rogue. He believes that the bugs there have broken down soil with their stomach acid, purifying it and making it usable. I should kill virulids in the Hive, gather their acid, and use it to expose the minerals for gathering.
I was able to collect some minerals for the Armsmaster, which hopefully will help him keep the armaments for the overseers in good shape. He mentioned that he can always use more, if I am looking for more work.
I need to use the acid from the virulids in the Hive of the Rogue to clean off the mineral deposits I find there.
