Noxhil V'Sek has now asked me to investigate the Soul Eater Falls at the source of the river. He's intent on finding out if there is anything living there behind the falls.
Listening to Noxhil, the vermin he was looking for supposedly was an encampment of halflings living near the falls. I'm not too sure where he got that idea from. Either way, I still got my reward.
I need to check where the Torrent River begins, known as Soul Eater Falls, for any sign of people living there.
