Walkthrough

Visit four guard towers and click their reports. The reports are clipboards on the door-frame just inside the towers on the bottom floor.

Return the reports to Turgen Bremhurst.
Click sofa at to get the coin-bait.
Lay the bait around the hill at to make a highwayman spawn. Kill him (he scales to the player's level).
Return to Turgen Bremhurst.
