Tecera has learned that the Bloodskull orcs she has been tracking have settled down east of her location. She would like me to travel there and take out a number of their orcs and their leaders: Vurog Ma'gar and Jyrok the Stone. She would also like me to find Arnisu Tobian--who is posing as their prisoner--and retrieve his report.
