Walkthrough

Speak to Adrianna at -91, -10, -165 inside Temple of War in The City of Freeport to begin this quest.

Speak to Atianoo Donicus at -135, -24, -50 outside the Jade Tiger's Den in North Freeport.
Enter the Forgotten Cesspool by clicking on the entrance at -224, -76, 37 underwater in East Freeport.
Speak to Lerenth at 15, -0.40, 12 . Accept his quest Descent Into Madness.
Enter The Deadpools by clicking on the entrance at -35, -10, 32 in The Graveyard (under a crypt).

You'll get an update around -3, 0.40, -22 .

Enter the Shadowhand Crypt by clicking on the entrance at -173, -59, -176 in North Freeport.

Equip the white cowl (not in appearance)!
Speak to Doorman Janus.
Head to the end of the corridor and listen to the meeting. Walk near and hail Speaker R'tanan to trigger his speech. Once his speech is over the quest will update.

Return to Adrianna to complete the quest.
