Harvest dragon bone parts across The Bonemire, craft an ornate phylactery, steal Do'ellin the Young's soul, place fear rods on three isles, and defeat Spirit of Do'ellin to earn the Bone-Clasped Girdle.

6. 6. Return to Sinephobis — gather T7 harvests

   Return to Sinephobis. He gives you a recipe for an ornate phylactery and requires Tier 7 harvests: blue-silver sheet, perfectly cut purple geode, perfect osseous lumber, and strip of supple leather. These can be brokered or taken from a harvest depot.

7. 7. Craft an ornate phylactery

   Craft an ornate phylactery at the forge in Sanctum of the Scaleborn. Must create a pristine item. Requires one scintillating incense (T7 fuel). Commission system works if the crafter uses their own instructions.

8. 8. Return to Sinephobis

   Return to Sinephobis with the ornate phylactery.

9. 9. Steal Do'ellin the Young's soul

   Fight Do'ellin the Young on the Isle of the Ravasect. At ~10% health he breaks the encounter and appears as Do'ellin <Subdued>. Use the ornate phylactery on him to steal his soul and receive Do'ellin's phylactery.

   • Start the fight from the waterfall side to avoid knockback off the island.
   • Mentor down to level 65 to avoid one-shotting him at 1%.
   • Do'ellin <Subdued> despawns in under 60 seconds.
   • Full inventory prevents receiving the phylactery — craft another if needed.

10. 10. Return to Sinephobis

    Return to Sinephobis with Do'ellin's phylactery.

    Within six minutes, place the first rod next to Sinephobis on Fear Tainted Isle.

12. 12. Place rod on Gazer Isle

    Place the second rod on Gazer Isle. Take the cloud from Fear Tainted Isle.

    Place the third rod on Bixie Isle. Take the cloud from Gazer Isle to Ravasect Incursion Point, then to Bixie Isle.

14. 14. Return to Sinephobis

    Return to Sinephobis. He summons Spirit of Do'ellin nearby. Allow Do'ellin to kill the priests of fear — killing him prematurely bugs the quest (30-minute respawn).

15. 15. Kill Spirit of Do'ellin

    Kill Spirit of Do'ellin (70^^^ ghost dragon). Position yourself in the corner where temple stones and the mountain wall meet behind the dragon to avoid AOE knockback.
