Raja Zutazakhan was a prominent scholar within the Three Towers before betraying Qeynos to sell his arcane talents to the Deathfist Empire. Now he seeks to mutate and corrupt the beasts of the Orcish Wastes. Aesthetic Winchester of the Concordium has petitioned me to destroy the abyss panthers before they are transformed into terrifying monstrosities that threaten the outpost.
