The Hizite Qayyid has recovered from the ekimmu attack and has asked to speak with me, right away. Hopefully, he can help us gain access to the ancient Elddar city of Takish'Hiz and we will be one step closer to helping deliver the aerakyn back home.
With the Hizite Qayyid's guidance I was able to obtain the three guardian sigils necessary to unseal the buried city of Takish'Hiz.

Speak with Hakim al-Imam, the Hizite Qayyid
The Hizite Qayyid appreciated all the work I have done for his tribe and himself. He was very willing to speak with me about the crystal arca and the ancient Elddar city of Takish’Hiz.
The Hizite Qayyid informed me that the entrance to the buried city of Takish’Hiz is sealed. It will require obtaining the three guardian sigils to unseal it.
Obtain Akar, the sigil of wilting

Done: I found the Sigil of Iruka in the Najami Oasis.
Defeat the madmen attackers
I have two of the three guardian sigils needed to unseal the buried city of Takish'Hiz.
It is likely, the Sultan of the Daggers has Thii, the sigil of blooming, now. It was the Raj'Dur who attacked and stole it from the Nerive Reservoir Camp.

I claimed the Sigil of Thii from the Sultan of the Daggers! That was the last of the three sigils I needed.
I should return to the Hizite Qayyid right away now that I have all three of the guardian sigils. His tent is in the center of Hopewell Harbor, in Raj'Dur Plateaus.
