After speaking with Serith Ludd, you receive a Sealed Nybright Envelope.
Examine the envelope to receive the quest. Alameth Ludd, reported at 428, -21, 477 and 558.49, -25.12, 512.18 is hiding in the Shadowed Grove area (Southwest of zone, near the Obelisk of Blight). Take the station mount and hop off at the intersection near Aphotic Intersection. Kill him and return to Serith. Note the name of your mark.
