Collect the undeciphered notes from the table near Gallie
Research the notes
1. Scribe the book Recipe: Gallie's Researched Notes to learn how to make Completed Notes
2. Craft 5 x Completed Notes on an Engraved Desk (there is one located at the docks) with the following materials and fuel:
  - 10 Rough opaline
  - 5 Severed briarwood
  - 5 Glimmering incense
Return the notes to Gallie
