Steps

Speak to Rada Stoutheart aka Red.
Kill 3 Evol Ew Thulian neophyte near , , or .
Examine the remains of an explorer inside a tent.
Examine a book which will spawn inside one of the tents in one of the four Alliz Evol Ew camps at , , or
Speak to the Eye of Thule on top of the Temple of Alliz . You may have to kill two placeholders there, 2 Thulian ravages.
Hunt down and kill 4 Modinite fugitives. They will spawn at fixed locations, but only a couple will be up at the same time. Known locations are:
- , southwest of the Temple of Alliz (southwest of where you just talked to the Eye of Thule)
- , southwest of where Bouncer Hurd or its placeholder roams
- , northwest of the Temple of Alliz next to the Toppled Hand of Thule
- , northeast of the Temple of Alliz next to the lizardman camp
- , southwest of Golgoth Bridge next to the lizardman camp
- , west of Ogre Guard Tower Ruins
- , west of Murdunk's Fall
- , next to the Altar of the Four Canons
- , south of Alliz Ew Basin lake
- , northwest of Alliz Tae Outpost
- , west of the little pond on the Anaconda River leading through the tunnel towards The Temple of Cazic-Thule
Speak to the final Modinite, an inquisitor prisoner, inside a tent at a lizardman camp.
Return to the Eye of Thule.
Slay 6 fetid Rallosian allegiants.
Return to the Eye of Thule.
Examine Runes of the Great Eye in your inventory.
Find the 4 broken hands of Thule (in any order):
Find the hidden tunnel that ends at a gateway.
